INTERNATIONAL
Extensive business relationships and strong partnerships in international markets.
Our materials at a glance:
NORDFLEX® - TPU
TPU granulate is a versatile material with high abrasion resistance, elasticity, and good resistance to oils, fats, and many chemicals.
POM is an engineering plastic with excellent sliding properties, high dimensional stability, and low water absorption - ideal for precise, heavily loaded components.
Our polycarbonate granulate (PC) impresses with its excellent appearance, high impact resistance, and heat resistance - ideal for electronics, medical technology, and automotive applications.
Our superabsorbent absorbs large amounts of liquid and binds it securely - ideal for hygiene products, agriculture, and industrial applications.
MEHR DAZU
NORDVAX® - TEC-WACHS
Our technical wax offers excellent lubrication and release properties as well as protection against moisture – ideal for industry, plastics, and metal processing.
MEHR DAZU
With the help of our own laboratory, we can perform the following material tests:
MFI (Melt Flow Index)
to determine the flow properties of the material under defined conditions.
DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry)
for analyzing thermal behavior, melting point, crystallinity, and glass transition temperature.
spectrometer analysis
For precise identification of the material composition and to check for foreign substances or additives.
Moisture Analysis
For precise identification of the material composition and to check for foreign substances or additives.
Shore hardness test (A and D)
to determine the elasticity or hardness of the material based on the Shore scale.
Notched impact test (Charpy/Izod impact test)
for determining the impact strength and fracture resistance of test specimens.
MPA tensile test (tensile strength & elongation)
for measuring mechanical properties such as tensile strength, elongation, and modulus of elasticity.
